Please read the following tips if you are new in the chess world

Move chess pieces:

– The pawn moves to a forward grid cell or two on the first move of this shape. Beat diagonally forward a field.
– King can speed up a square vertically, horizontally or diagonally.
– The Queen can freely move in all directions.
– Vehicle moves to any distance vertically or horizontally.
– Knight moves to the field two fields vertically and one field horizontally or one field vertically and two fields horizontally.
– Bishop moves to any distance diagonally.

Important game situations:

– Test – the position in chess when a king is immediately attacked by an opponent’s piece.
– Checkmate- is an attack on the King from which you or your opponent cannot escape.
– Deadlock (Tie) – position in which a player cannot move, but their king is not attacked.

The object of the game is to test the other king.

Two special moves in chess:

– Entering the castle is a double move, made by the king and the piece never moves.
En-passant is a move in which a pawn can take an opponent’s pawn if it jumps across a field under the pawn’s blow.
