CEO Satya Nadella sells about half of his Microsoft shares

CEO Satya Nadella sold about half of his stake in the company last week, according to a federal securities filing.
In last week’s profile with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a software company based in Redmond, Wash. Nadella reported selling 838,584 shares in two days, down from nearly 1.7 million shares.
