Central Tennessee inundated with rain, ‘catastrophic’ flooding
Hurley stated some elements of the western center of Tennessee obtained 8 to 10 inches of rain, some much more, all inside an eight-hour span, beginning at midnight. Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys and Houston counties fared the worst, struggling catastrophic flooding, she stated.
