Celebrities focus on their fitness during the pandemic

While many of us are testing a variety of homemade banana breads and furniture durability (also known as comfort food and being a couch potato), some real stars going in the other direction.
The comedian has worked hard and is said to have lost over 40 lbs and toned thanks to diet and exercise – especially a personalized play from celebrity trainers (and husband and wife) Kathy Drayton and Luther Freeman.

Losing weight is even harder when food is your thing.
Rapper, chef, and food television personality Action Bronson still does it.
“I’m glad it’s happening now, because if it hadn’t happened it would have been something else,” Bronson said. “I’ll be in the grave or somewhere else. Who knows where they’ll put me.”
Don’t worry, he still posts delicious food time and time again.
Marissa Jaret Winokur
High risk for Covid-19, actress Marissa Jaret Winokur scared actress Marissa Jaret Winokur so much that she started to lose weight and become healthier.
“Covid facts scared me. I checked all the boxes, I’m HIGH RISK!” Winokur wrote. “So I started working out at home with Keith through zoom classes and eating healthy for a fighting chance.”
Winokur says she needs a goal to focus on while in quarantine. For Winokur, the new focus on fitness proves just that.
“I’m scared to post photos, it’s really a day for me when it comes to food,” said the former weight-loss actress. “But I think, Covid is not over yet, we are all sitting ducks maybe I can inspire anyone for ANYONE to choose to fight!”
Another plus – Winokur said the new way of life stopped her asthma attacks and helped her manage her anxiety.
