Cardiac Coherence – Mindfulness Free APK

What is this app for?

This app helps you to reduce your stress level by controlling your breathing, at first, making it more regular, then, by reducing the number of breaths per minute.

Only inhale when the drop is going up and exhale when it is going down. Vibration allows you to track the tempo with your eyes closed.

A menu allows you to specify the duration of the exercise and the number of breaths per minute.

Determine your current breathing rate

You can determine your current breathing rate by moving the droplet up and down. The timer will start, and the number of cycles will increase each time you bring the droplet up and down.

The application can be run in the background. Simply start the exercise and press the home button and the vibration or sound indicator will guide you.

A selection of music is available to help you relax.

Optional features:

Expert mode allows you to specify exact inspiratory and exhalation times and additional hold times.

A notification can be programmed to remind you that it’s time to exercise.

No ads, no fuss!

Note: Some users have reported problems with animations. Make sure your device is not in power saving mode or do not set the “scale animator duration” parameter to 1 in the developer options menu. This behavior is linked to some changes made in Android Lollipop (Android 5.0 and +).

What is the union of the heart?

Following the medical study of cardiac neurology, cardiac association is the name given to a reflex phenomenon discovered by American researchers more than fifteen years ago.

It has been proven that the Heart and the Brain beat together: If our mind and emotions affect our heart rate, then our heart rate also affects our brain.

By controlling your heart rate, you can also control your emotions, reducing stress in general.

The easiest way to control your heart rate is to control your breathing. Slower, controlled breathing directly reduces and controls the heart rate.
