Camouflage toast banned on Twitch while watching anime

Twitch streamer Disguised Toast has been banned on the platform.
Twitch streamers watch anime Death Note on his stream when he got banned. It’s not clear how long the ban will last, but it could be 48 hours suspended if fellow streamer Pokimane suspends is any sign. Pokimane was banned from streaming copyrighted content last week.
Streaming TV shows or movies without the copyright holder’s consent is a violation of Twitch’s policies and has resulted in a number of DMCA-related suspensions. Even so, many of the platform’s top streamers continue to participate.
Disguised Toast was one of the first streamers to adopt this “reaction meta” when streaming full episodes of Naruto on my channel shortly after returning to Twitch. With this going on, it remains to be seen how Twitch will react and whether there will be other penalties for those who willfully break the rules.
Despite the ban, it looks like Toast and his community are in good spirits, as they are clearing up the situation. Other streamers, such as YouTube Gaming streamers Ludwig, Pokimane and Peter Park, also joked about the situation.
In November 2021, DisguisedToast returns to Twitch after two years with Facebook Gaming. It is not yet clear when live streaming will resume on the platform or how long his channel hiatus will last.
