California School District will allow unvaccinated students to attend in-person, regardless of state mandate

Alpine Union, a small 1,500-student school district based in Alpine, California, was one of the first school districts in San Diego County to reopen face-to-face learning the previous school year when many school districts remained closed. Alpine Union said on its website it was also the first school district to fully immunize its staff.
