Calgary police investigating suspected armed robbery attempt outside southwest junior high – Calgary

Calgary police are investigating what they consider was an tried armed theft at a southwest college Friday afternoon.

Police acquired stories simply after 2 p.m. {that a} gun was being pointed at college students at A.E. Cross Junior Excessive Faculty at 3445 37 St. S.W.

They stated an unknown male then approached a small group of scholars, pointed a gun at them and tried to steal a cellphone from one of many college students. He took off in a westbound path.
