Burger King is giving away free Whoppers across the UK tomorrow

Burger King fans can get their hands on a free burger tomorrow as the fast-food chain is releasing a giveaway for just one day.

The famous flame grilled Whoppers will be available totally free across the UK on Wednesday 18th May when Burger King brings back Whopper Day.

Seared with real fire to create its unique flavor, the signature burger is topped with fresh tomatoes, freshly cut lettuce and onions, crunchy pickle, a layer of creamy mayonnaise and a strudel of ketchup.

The Whopper normally costs £5.49, but customers across the country can enjoy it for free tomorrow, and a plant-based alternative is also available as part of the offer.

Katie Evans of Burger King UK said: “The Whopper is Burger King’s hero burger – created with fresh ingredients, cooked to your liking and flame grilled to create that signature delicious taste our customers love.

“Just for a day, we think everyone deserves to get in on the action and enjoy a free whopper on us!

“This Whopper Day, we hope the nation will join us to enjoy a legendary Whopper. If you’ve never tried a Whopper, now is the day to try it!”

The deal is only available for one day, so Whopper fans will need to hurry or miss out on the giveaway.

Customers can claim the offer through the Burger King app with no further purchase required. After registering, simply visit the nearest participating store to claim your free Whopper.

Offer is limited to one voucher per transaction and is subject to availability at participating UK restaurants only.

Alternatively, if you prefer to have your food delivered straight to your door, you can claim the free burger with any Deliveroo order on Wednesday 18th May over £15.
