According to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the team is concerned that Conklin tear star in his knee. After the game, Browns coach Kevin Stefanski did not confirm that diagnosis, but he called Conklin’s injury serious and stated that the ball phase would be subjected to an MRI on the injured knee.
Conklin was replaced in the lineup by Blake Hance, just as he had been absent for the previous few weeks due to an elbow injury. Cleveland will be giving a much-needed goodbye in Week 13, and there will be an opportunity for a number of self-defeating players to heal from various injuries.
However, if an MRI confirms the Browns’ fears, Conklin may not heal in time to return this year.
