A Pennsylvania bride had an unfortunate accident at her own wedding reception earlier this month, dislocating her knee during one of her first dances with the groom.

Julie Benn and her new husband Paul Richter took to the dance floor after their wedding on July 3, which initially looked like a celebration of their love. But at one point during their first slow dance, Richter dipped Benn and kissed – and that’s when she dislocated her knee and started wincing in pain.

Benn wrote: “Walking through our first dance, I fell with a dislocated knee and that was it. On Facebook. “We spent the rest of the night in the emergency room, where I was filled with special drugs with my new husband holding my hand the whole time.”
