Bloodborne 2: PS4, PS5, Xbox, PC, Switch release date

Dark, gritty, challenging games like Bloodborne are all that’s in vogue in this generation. But From Software’s PlayStation 4 exclusivity so far seems to be a one-off experience. Ask the developers to provide a release date for Bloodborne 2? If so, can the series make the jump from PS5 to other platforms like PC, Xbox or Switch?

What is the Bloodborne 2 release date?

Bloodborne 2 does not have a release date because it is not in development. From Software’s team is currently working Elden Ring, an ambitious new RPG coming to PC and current generation consoles. If there’s any chance of a Bloodborne sequel, we’ve yet to hear about it.

Of course, there’s a chance that Bloodborne 2 will never be made. Since Bloodborne is a PlayStation 4 exclusive, a sequel would make sense. However, since Bloodborne 2 is not in development, there is no reason to wonder about its available platforms.

With that said, From Software hasn’t had too many platform exclusivity lately. Original the soul of the devil, Bloodborne, and Deraciné is one of the only notable PlayStation exclusives from the studio over the past decade. So given the very remote possibility that Bloodborne 2 is actually made, it probably won’t be a PlayStation exclusive anymore.
