When applying the law based on reason instead of feeling, the truth prevails.
I mentioned that Coffee was only black because many people asked what might have happened in the Rittenhouse trial if the defendant had been black. The question is often asked by those who argue that the US justice system is systematically racist and therefore unfair.
“If Black Kyle Rittenhouse showed up at an anti-vax rally with a weapon and the crowd chased him and he shot and killed two people, what would happen? One, he may have been shot dead by the police or bystanders, and two, he will likely be portrayed as a thug and convicted before an all-white jury. newspaper David Greenwald declared.

In a different response, Democratic Representative Cori Bush went further, declaring the judge, jury and defendant to be white supremacists.
Judge. Judges. Accused.
It is the supremacy of white man action.
This system was not built to hold white supremacists accountable. That’s why the Negroes and browns were brutalized and kept in cages while the white supremacists were set free.
I am in pain. I’m angry. I heartbreaking.

Bush is not alone in her irrational response to the ruling. According to the report of Town.
Some of the claims were blatantly false. Mayor of New York City Bill di Blasio claimed Rittenhouse shipped a gun across state lines.
Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum were victims. They should live today.
The only reason they weren’t was because a violent, dangerous man chose to cross state lines with a gun and start shooting people.
Calling this a fallacy of justice is an overstatement. https://t.co/TwaI2ghgM5

The Coffee case received no such fanfare. Leftists have been fairly quiet on that front.
Coffee was found not guilty in the murder of his girlfriend Alteria Woods and in plotting to kill the Florida Indian River County sheriff during an early morning drug raid in 2017.
Coffee’s defense claimed the defendant was asleep and thought a brief explosion caused by deputies was gunfire. Coffee claims he opened fire because he believed he was being attacked.
“I tried to protect myself and Alteria,” Coffee said, according to WPBF. “I thought I did it, but I feel I didn’t protect her. I can’t sleep with that… They killed her. ”
The prosecution asserted that the deputies reported that they were there and that Coffee shot at them before they returned fire.
Is reason the foundation of Western Civilization?

No: 14% (125 Votes)
The trial panel, after reviewing the evidence, including Coffee’s testimony, found the defendant not guilty of the murder charge. They found him guilty of a felony possession of a gun for which Coffee faced 30 years in prison.
If Rittenhouse is guilty of carrying an illegal weapon, will he be found guilty? The question is moot. Rittenhouse doesn’t carry an illegal weapon and he doesn’t transport it across state lines, despite the myths spread by some media.
Results were equal in the Coffee and Rittenhouse trials not based on race. They are not based on propagate. They are based on reason.
Western culture is formed based on the concept of Logo or Word. The Greek meaning of Logos, although nuanced, can be seen as divine Basic Reason supporting reality. Socrates gave up his life to pursue this principle. Jesus, the Icon in the flesh, was crucified because a mob – motivated by leaders who felt their earthly power was threatened – demanded it.
Today, little is said about God or philosophy in mainstream culture. Instead, political ideologies use propaganda to stir up feelings of hate and fear. These negative emotions cloud reason. When reason is obscured, crowds arise.
A culture that believes mathematics, a rare form of logic, is racist is not Western because it has abandoned reason. Where there is no reason, there cannot be God. Hell is the impossibility of reason.
Throw away reason, and the door to chaos and/or astigmatism will be opened. Those who want to rewrite the US Constitution for their own purposes must do it with emotion. Reason is against them. They will not prevail as long as jurors continue to rely on reason to reach their verdict. That’s what they did in the Coffee case. That’s what they did in Rittenhouse trial.
Thanks God. And thank you to the jurors. These jurors are true American heroes.
