To complete BitLife Brains and Beauty Challenge, players need to complete the following tasks.

• Become a model
• Become a brain surgeon
• Read Frankenstein
• Have 100% intelligence
• Have 100% looks

The most important aspect of the challenge is getting 100% Appearance and Intelligence. To do that, you need to make sure that your character has a high intelligence rating and good looks right from the start. This will save you a lot of time and make your job a lot easier. Once you have that, just hit the gym or barber regularly to continue improving your look. Likewise, to improve your intelligence, you need to read books and visit the library regularly.

To read Frankenstein, just go to the Activity section and select Books under Mind & Body. You will find the option to select Frankenstein there. To become a model, you need to focus on your character’s stats instead of just studying. This will make it possible for you to land a job as a foot model, which is a start in the modeling category. Once you get that job, you can slowly climb the runway model.

Finally, to become a brain surgeon, players need to make sure they have a very high IQ. You need to study hard in school and major in Biology or Psychology. After graduation, they can attend a medical school and eventually become a brain surgeon.
