Bill Cosby-Prosecutor Asks US Supreme Court to Restore Comedian’s Dismissed Verdict

May Bill Cosby soon find yourself back in prison?

As you may recall, comedian Bill Cosby was jailed in 2018 after being found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman. While he was sentenced to 3-10 years behind bars, Bill CosbyIts belief is finally overturned after the courts found that the former DA of Montgomery Hạt County Bruce Castor promised comedian immunity.

Although the technicality may have been earned Cosby his freedom, Philadelphia area prosecutors are looking to restore his trust! According to recent reports, Montgomery County DA– newKevin Steele–Putting to the US Supreme Court for reinstatement Bill Cosbysexual assault convictions. He also brought up the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling to overturn it in the first place, stating:

“This decision will now have far-reaching negative consequences beyond Montgomery County and Pennsylvania. The Supreme Court of the United States may right what we believe to be an unfortunate mistake.”

Reply, Bill Cosbyspokesperson of, Andrew Wyatt, comment:

“This is a pathetic last-ditch attempt that will not succeed. The Montgomery County DA’s attachment to Mr. Cosby is difficult to say the least. “

One of the jurors found Cosby guilty also commented on the matter, saying she was happy to see the situation reviewed:

“I firmly believe that what we decided was right, otherwise I wouldn’t have made that decision… with the group. It was disappointing that it was turned upside down for something beyond the truth of what we were offered. ”
