Beyond a Steel Sky has been delayed on consoles, but not everywhere

Microids and Revolution Software have announced that the console release of Beyond a Steel Sky has been delay, but only in certain regions.
In a statement released on Twitter, publisher Microids explained that the delay was due to “worldwide logistical issues and constraints beyond our control”, which is hardly a common reason for delay due to COVID-19 nearly two years ago.
Oddly enough, this delay is very region-specific, with different territories getting their console versions of Beyond a Steel Sky at very different times. Here’s a rundown of when and where Beyond a Steel Sky was released:

- PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, Nintendo Switch – Digital and Physical – December 7
- North America

- PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, Nintendo Switch – Digital and Physical – December 14
