The character of white is synonymous with celebration; In her nearly 100 years of living on Earth, she has found joy and happiness in so many aspects of her life. White is everyone’s TV grandma, and as she says herself, she was accessible to her fans while she was growing up in our home.
Her loss is something that those who loved her are still struggling to overcome. So to celebrate her life, some of her friends are getting together for a special event this month. NBC shared a poster for the special on Twitter earlier today for Honoring Betty White: America’s Golden Girl – and we were very emotional about it.
NBC has shared more information on what fans can expect from the Monday night special.
