The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim there’s a lot to offer players, with loads of NPCs, spells, weapons and of course, armor. Along with the standard armor set, enemies can be looted in the game or crafted in SkyrimExtensive metallurgy system, the game also offers legendary equipment and Daedric artifacts that give unique and special abilities. RPG also has an extensive modding community that has kept Skyrim lived for almost a decade.
These unique pieces of armor ranging from cosmetic to enchanting and both have their place. In the end, some of these unique pieces of gear are better than others, and players should know what they are and where to find them, to get the most out of Skyrim’s legendary loot.

In addition to everything else the game has done, it’s also the most customizable Elder Scrolls title yet – even without mods. The game features dozens and dozens of unique armor sets that can only be found by visiting specific locations or completing required quests and quests. Jester’s Outfit is one of the unique armor pieces in Skyrim, while Ahzidal’s Armor offers an enchanting power along with one of the more elegant armor designs in the game.

Ahzidal’s armor comes in two varieties, male and female, both of which enhance the player’s enchanting skills. The men’s suit resembles the Iron Armor suit, decorated with sheep’s horns, while the female suit uses deer antlers and has no front plating.
It’s a very well designed set that blends in perfectly with every environment in the game. Find Heavy Ahzidal’s Armor in Kolbjorn Barrow, where each piece is spread throughout the dungeon. The player is naturally guided to this location during the quest “Unearthed”.
ten Armor of the Old Gods
- Place the pieces to tank Destroy, Stealth, Bow and Magicka
- Found in the quest “Nobody escaped from the Cidhna mine”
Obtained upon completion quest “Nobody escaped from the Cidhna mine,” armor of old gods is a cool Forsworn themed light armor set with some powerful enchantments. This set is perfect for players and archers who like to attack from a distance, as it lowers the cost of destructive spells, improves stealth, increases bow damage, and gives Magicka a 30-point boost.
Additionally, the armor has some interesting implications for Forsworn and their adherence to the “old gods” who might just happen to be Daedra.
9 Blackguard Armor

- Found after assisting Glover Mallory in Solstheim
After helping Glover Mallory in Ravenrock on the island of Solstheim, the player will have access to his secret vault and Blackguard armor. Glover is Delvin’s brother, and so the set acts as an upgraded version of the Thieves Guild set.
To gain access to the armor, players will need to obtain the Bonemold Armor recipe from Esmond’s corpse in the Castle Karstaag Caverns. The Blackguard armor offers a forty percent bonus on both lockout and pickpocketing, perfect for enterprising young thieves.
8 Falmer Armor
- There is no pre-printed enchantment in Falmer armor, although it can be enchanted

6 Helm of Yngol

With an armor rating of 21, this is one of the most powerful helmets players can find in Skyrim. Helm of Yngol can be picked up in Yngol’s Barrow’s throne room after fighting the shadow of Yngol. Yngol is the son of Ysgramor, who launched the campaign to bring humans into Skyrim and Tamriel long ago. However, this armor should only be obtained after reaching level 32, as that is when the set’s buffs reach their maximum potential. This set increases stamina, reduces damage caused by incoming frost, impedes the user’s movement, enhances locking skills and one-handed skills, and reduces the cost of using illusion spells. All spells are useful to any player planning to do some theft.
4 Target of the Blooded
