Scary scary situation in Tokyo…’because a wild bear broke into the Olympic softball stadium – and it’s STILL ON!!!
Officials in Fukushima are frantically searching for the wildlife with games underway… after the Asiatic black bear was spotted twice in Azuma Sports Park earlier this week.
Security at the venue is reported try to find and catch the bear – blasting music on speakers and even setting off firecrackers in hopes of driving it away…but so far, no bears.
Of course, there were no fans in the stands at the matches… but you have to give the teams gifts for being brave and still playing!
Luckily, the bear didn’t show up when the opening round started on Tuesday…but here’s hoping all the rest of the games don’t have a surprise guest!
BTW – Team USA won the opener against Italy, 2-0… too good start for Red, White and Blue!!!
