EA has finally released a piece of news for the long-awaited Battlefield 2042 Season 1. In an announcement via Twitter, Battlefield 2042 Season 1 is officially delayed until Summer 2022. According to internet speculation, Season 1 1 is supposed to be released live in March of this year.

To address everyone regarding the delay in the release of Battlefield 2042 Part 1, the developers posted a notice on Official website. It said the DICE team is working non-stop to further develop and resolve the issues faced by players up to the present time.

On top of that, players can look forward to a number of important updates and features coming in the next season of Battlefield 2042.

Players will see an updated and enhanced screen for the Scoreboard. After tons of requests from the community, the developers have now included two tables to distinguish the home team and the opponent team. Additionally, K/D scoring and Round Ending will also be available in a future update.

VOIP is also being improved and most of the bugs are eliminated to provide a rich in-game voice call experience for better gaming opportunities. Finally, the all-new Player Profile provides a detailed overview of the entire career and shares information on the next challenges that need to be completed to advance.

With the release of Battlefield 2042 Season 1, it marks the start of the year and a total of four seasons will be released gradually. Upcoming seasons will also come with four new weapons and specialists.
