Warner Bros. Batman there will be a theatrical release on Friday, March 4, 2022.

According to the report of ComicWarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar confirmed in an interview with Vox’s record that Batman will be available to stream on the 46th day after its release in theaters.
So, since the movie hits theaters on March 4th, you can expect it to arrive on HBO Max on April 19, 2022.
Interestingly, Jason Kilar also confirmed that movies like Black Adam and The Flash will land on HBO Max exactly 46 days after it hits theaters. All in all, 2022 is a pretty good year for DC fans.
