Atlus runs Nintendo 3DS sale before eShop shut down next year

Developer and publisher Atlus is running a series of deep discounts on many of their titles for the Nintendo 3DS, as well as some Nintendo Switch sales. In February, Nintendo announced that it would no longer support the WiiU and 3DS eShops, and that they would be closing in the spring of 2023. Nintendo stated that this is “part of the natural lifecycle for any series.” empty as it becomes less used by consumers over time.”

When the Nintendo eShop shuts down next year, players will no longer be able to buy their 3DS games; Game demos and other free content will also no longer be downloadable.

The closure of the Wii U and 3DS eShops also means that game demos and other free content will no longer be available for download as of March 2023. You can, however, re-download the game, get software updates and online gaming on both the 3DS and WiiU “for the foreseeable future.”
