At the White House, backup Christmas decorations and optimism abound

The decorations honor family, faith and community with the Christmas tree in the East Room decorated with thank you notes that people wrote to the first couple. In the State Dining Room, frontline workers and essential businesses have access to a Gingerbread Main Street that houses the White House, schools, hospitals, fire houses, police stations, grocery stores and even a warehouse where all those e-commerce orders were processed. At East Pier, members of the military, along with their families, are recognized for their service with an elegant gold-star family tree. Thanks very much.
