“There may be enormous loss as a result of floods … the crops have been destroyed,” Pushkar Singh Dhami advised Reuters associate ANI after surveying the harm late on Tuesday.
“The locals are going through a number of issues, the roads are waterlogged, bridges have been washed away. To date 34 individuals have died and we try to normalize the state of affairs as quickly as doable.”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated in a tweet he was “anguished” by the lack of life.
