Lemoine, a graduate of the Essec business school and a cousin of the chief executive officer Guillaume Houzé, has held various positions within the group, especially in the purchasing department.
He has been the chief executive officer of the company’s watch and jewelry manufacturing operations since 2018 and before that was the head of the food and beverage division, overseeing the Eataly implant in the Marais neighborhood of America. Paris.
Lemoine, who is also a member of the executive board of Galeries Lafayette and joins the group’s executive board in 2020, succeeds Marianne Romestain, who has held the position since its founding in 2018.
She will take over from Lemoine as chief executive officer of the group’s watch and jewelry division, which includes the Louis Pion and Galeries Lafayette – Royal Quartz brands.
