Art Casts fan Bill Skarsgard as young Thanos
Eternals 2 doesn’t seem to be a certainty, but one fan imagined what Bill Skarsgard would look like if he were cast as young Thanos.
Marvel Studios’ the eternal has some loose connection to Thanos, but fans haven’t been able to delve into the Mad Titan’s origin story as much as some would have liked. However, one talented artist imagined what it would be like if Pennywise actor Bill Skarsgard was cast as the young Thanos in the movie. the eternal 2.
As mentioned, Skarsgård above doesn’t play a villain as the actor did a phenomenal job playing the clown Pennywise from recent reboot IT series movie. Pennywise is known to be a very popular villain and is considered one of the scariest clowns in existence, so that could be why this digital artist felt Skarsgard would be perfect. to play the role of Thanos in a the eternal next part.
Since he did such a good job playing the clown Pennywise, it’s no surprise that fans want to see Skarsgard take on another pop-culture villain. The fan photo comes from a user named M.Design34, who posts artwork on Instagram for Marvel movies and characters that audiences are familiar with. The fan-made image of Thanos features the young Mad Titan in his signature golden armor, but this time he bears more of a resemblance to Skarsgard than to Josh Brolin. The artist’s page also includes fan-made Spider-Man images, Skrulls from Captain Marvel, as well as Jamie Foxx’s Electro, and even the character Nova from the Marvel comics.
the eternal has been out for almost four weeks at this point, and as of right now, it’s unlikely the film will receive a sequel. In case they do a part two, fans will definitely want to see more about Thanos. He is a devastating aspect of the initial three phases of the MCU movies and indirectly causes many of the problems in those films. Hopefully, Phase 4’s next big villain will be able to outsmart the Mad Titan.
Fans are often looking to see who will come next. Many people are thinking Galactus will be the next main villain of the MCU, while others see Kang the Conquerer or Doctor Doom as an imminent threat to Phase 4 or 5.
Whatever Marvel decides to cast, fans should know that lately the eternal the movie sets up a lot of pieces that can rock the MCU as they know it. Fans will have to wait and see what happens before making any decisions.
