Armoured truck guards attacked and robbed Monday night in Parc-Extension – Montreal

Two armoured truck workers had been attacked and robbed late Monday evening within the Parc-Extension borough of Montreal.


The armed theft came about at round 11 p.m. Monday, close to a financial institution on Jean-Talon Road West close to Querbes Road.

The guards had been transporting cash from the financial institution to the armoured car after they had been attacked and robbed by two people, in line with police.

The 2 guards had been pepper-sprayed by their assailants, and at the very least one gunshot was fired, however neither sufferer was hit, police mentioned.

The guards had been handled on the scene for pepper spray accidents.

The 2 suspects fled the scene on foot, in line with witnesses.
