‘Armed and dangerous’ suspect on the run after deadly supermarket shooting

Officials said one person was dead and one was injured after an unidentified man opened fire at a Richland, Washington, supermarket around 11 a.m. on Monday.

Not long after the fatal shooting, police released a photo of the suspect as the gunman – a middle-aged white man last seen wearing a plaid shirt, black vest, hood black nose and light pants. He is said to have entered the Fred Meyer store pushing a shopping cart with a black backpack in the basket.

A spokeswoman for the City of Richland, Hollie Logan, told The Daily Beast, and authorities have asking the public for help in tracking him down.
