Common Footage’ upcoming Depraved movie adaptation has discovered its stars in pop celebrity Ariana Grande and Emmy, Tony, and Grammy Award winner Cynthia Erivo.
Erivo is ready to play Elphaba within the movie, whereas Grande will play Glinda. The duo are unlikely pals with Elphaba being the Depraved Witch of the West and Galinda later changing into Glinda the Good Witch. The movie adaptation of the Broadway play will probably be directed by Jon M. Chu of Loopy Wealthy Asians and Within the Heights fame.
