Riot Games‘ League of LegendsThe gripping animated series, Arcane, has had a hugely successful opening week on Netflix, which is perhaps expected of an adaptation of one of the most popular MOBAs in the world. To celebrate the program’s success, Riot Games hosted Arcane Crossover events across all of its games, including Valorant, Legend of Runeterra, Combat Strategy, Wild League of Legends Rift, and the original game.
“RiotX Arcane is our way of saying thank you to our players for helping to shape our IP with us over the years, and to our new viewers and players for being there. continue to push us forward, bringing the world you love to life. In honor of each of you, we wanted to create an experience where our games, esports, and IP experiences collide. These are Riot worlds you’ve never seen before, so jump in and explore, celebrate, and earn some sweet loot while you’re at it. “
Event comes with its own event microsites and minigames where players can explore maps inspired by Riot games, talk to various NPCs, and complete quests to earn in-game rewards. Rewards change every few days, so be sure to check back often for new quests. You can also check the Arcane X page for a schedule of events.
In addition to RiotX Arcane, the team is also organizing other cross-promotion events with the appearance of Jinx in Fortnite and the beginning of Progress Day Events. Riot also teased about its partnership with PUBG Mobile coming out in the near future.
And if that’s not a big enough celebration for you, Riot is also hosting some This month’s Arcane Live Event in partnership with London-based entertainment specialists Secret Cinema.
