Wherever you are in the world, the APRIL International Care Easy Claim app allows you to easily submit claims for reimbursement of healthcare expenses.
To use this app, all you need are your Customer Area login information and your invoice.
And to make things even simpler, you’ll be able to use fingerprint authentication.

With Easy Claim, you are only one click away!

# Log in and access the Easy Claim service to:
• submit a claim for reimbursement of healthcare expenses, up to €1,000 per bill,
• check your latest chargebacks,
• access your request history,
• View and download your insurance card,
• Find the nearest medical professional,
• Access your APRIL contacts.

# Submit a chargeback by:
• select a beneficiary and enter the date of treatment,
• attach pictures of your medical bills and prescriptions,
• Submit your request with one simple click!

# Stay alert!
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a notification. You will be able to see the details of your latest refunds in the «Refunds» section. You can also view your pending complaints in the «Complaints» section.
