The Table is a comprehensive collection of sermons by Father William Marrion Branham in a searchable format.
Tap & Play – This associates the text with the audio. Just like the PC version of The Table, you can now search for a quote, highlight it and then press a button to start playing at that spot!
Read Along – We’ve made improvements to the Continue Text feature and renamed it, Read Along. It will scroll the page as needed and is much faster than the PC version.
Highlights and Notes – You can now assign your highlights to multiple categories. For example, a quote that you want to remember about the influence of music on young people could be tagged in multiple categories such as Children, Influence, and Music. You no longer have to choose the “best” category to host featured content. Later, when you research any of these topics, that citation won’t go missing.
Subtitles – Subtitles are Read Along mode that has been formatted to appear as large as possible on the screen with as few distractions as possible. One of its designed uses is to use it in churches to project text while you’re listening to a sermon. Many Android Tablets support an adapter that allows an external monitor or projector to mirror the screen. This allows multiple people to view the screen at the same time. The subtitle viewer also works well if you need larger text to read. This feature will really shine when we start adding foreign languages to the app in the future.
This new 3.0 update sets the stage for many future improvements. This new app is also the foundation app for Agapao Tablets.
