A new trailer introduces gameplay for Apex Legends Season 12: Defiance and reveals details about some of the new content being added to the game.
Apex Legends is one of the most popular battle royale games out there and it continues to grow with new content and characters. The game is ending its eleventh season, this added Ashes from Titanfall 2 like a new characterand now it is preparing for its twelfth season, called Defiance.
Now then Apex Legends there’s been a twelfth season going on, there’s already a well-deserved amount of advertising going into it. There has been a launch trailer released for season 12 that reveals the newly added Legend to the game as Mad Maggie. While the launch trailer ends with the introduction of the new Legend, the promotion for season 12 doesn’t stop there.
New game trailer for Apex Legends Part 12: The Challenge was released earlier today. The new gameplay trailer showcases many of the new season 12 content, including New Mad Maggie LegendA new game mode is being added for the season and beyond. Apex Legends Season 12: Defiance slated to premiere on February 8.
Revealing trailer New game mode for Apex Legends called Control, a limited-time mode that is “the brainchild of beloved philanthropist and interstellar genius, Duardo Silva.” In Control, two teams of nine players compete against each other to control different locations and win points for their team. The trailer highlights how teamwork is vital to player success in Control.
The trailer introduces players to Mad Maggie, a warlord tried and sentenced to death in Apex Games. The trailer doesn’t provide specifics about Mad Maggie’s Abilities or weapons, but it does show her in action while describing some of her basic backstory ahead of the new season. Her recent cosmic actions are related to a new game map called Sabotaged Olympus, the result of a recent stealth attack by Mad Maggie that caused objects and buildings to teleport across the city. .
The trailer also promotes the new Battle Pass for season 12 and Apex Legends’ “Three Years Anniversary”, will come with three weeks of rewards. From Feb 8 – Feb 15, there is “Get Octane” with 3 Thematic Packs. February 15 – February 22 has “Get Wattson” with 3 Thematic Packs, while February 22 – March 1 has “Get Valkyrie” with 3 Thematic Packs and 1 Legendary Pack for rewards. The trailer ends by highlighting Apex Legends 3rd Anniversary Collection Event.
