Audio drama was the original format for a lot of these superhero shows, where kids sat at the radio listening to stories being told.

What DC will have to do is provide Batarang’s sound effects, punches, gunfire, gunfire, and more if they hope to get fans to enjoy the soundtrack. If it works well, it could become a new entertainment format for fans to listen to on their way to work.
