By suggesting he exercise three years ago, Vogueeditor-in-chief of Anna Wintour, or “Miss Wintour” as Talley called his then-boss, “consecrated” him to health and saved his life by doing so. “So what Miss Wintour said, feel free.”
Of course, the relationship between the two has deteriorated considerably. Former creative director and then editor of Vogue destroyed his former boss printed in his own memoirs, Chiffon Groove (2020) earlier, months later, defended Wintour when she was accused of racism. Last year, he said they were still friends.
