With their 39th consecutive win, Risk! champion Amy Schneider officially broke Matt Amodio’s winning streak of the summer on Monday night.
After host Ken Jennings introduced her competitors, Toledo nurse Joanne Mercer and New York attorney Erin O’Leary, Schneider quickly dropped out of the group. She danced on “90s R&B & Hip-Hop,” answering the first question (about the rapper behind “U Can’t Touch This”) right away.
“Hammer time, yes,” Jennings said, smiling at Schneider’s precise answer.
