HOW IT WORKS
While you’re listening to your favorite tunes, we apply a gentle tonal layer of continuous feedback to both the music you’re listening to and the biofeedback signals we’re measuring (like such as breathing and heart rate). This process trains your body and brain to relax and go into the alpha state, also known as the alert resting state.

All you need is a pair of headphones/headphones, ten minutes for me, and a Spotify premium account. If you own an EliteHRV CorSense device then great. You can pair this to make measurements. If not, no worries! Alphabet is specially designed to work only with your phone.
