Aliens: Fireteam Elite arrives on Xbox GamePass Alongside Season 2 on December 14

Part 2 of Aliens: Fireteam Elite Coming soon to players with new cosmetics, weapons, new game modes and more. Best of all, GamePass members will be pleased to hear that the survival shooter title will be available on Xbox GamePass on December 14.

Since its launch earlier this year, the team at Cold Iron Studios has promised what has become the industry standard for live service games and will release seasonal updates. Season 2 is upon us with the inclusion of new weapons, cosmetics, and more.

One of the key additions in this update will be a new game mode, Point Defense, for players to tackle. Players will need to defend, capture, and repair strategic threats across the map, holding them back against the xenomorph threat.

“Challenge your Fireteam with a new survival-based defense game mode where you must defend, repair and hold strategic 3 points through waves of attacks from the xenomorph threat. Use Crafting Points. Besides Part 2, Aliens: Fireteam Elite will hit Xbox Game Pass for both console and Windows 10, assuming you use the Microsoft Store version. Players will be able to get the game and also get access to new Season 2 content as soon as it arrives on GamePass. The current roadmap suggests at least two other seasons have been planned, with the sequel coming in Q2 2022 and Season 4 slated for Q3 2022, which will also feature a new game mode. .
