Alex Jones’ Last Ditch Defense in Sandy Hook Lawsuit: Depose Hillary Clinton

InfoWars conspiracy theorist Alex Jones could ultimately face legal consequences over his claims of Sandy Hook Elementary School 2012 fraud with numerous civil cases pending in the spring of 2022 by relatives of the victims.
But the bombing radio host has one final strategy until one of these trials reaches the Connecticut courtroom in May next year: the resignation of former Secretary of State and 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
At the July 1 trial, Jones’s attorneys asked the judge to dismiss Clinton in the case. Clinton, who once unjustifiably claimed that the children were “personally killed and uprooted,” has nothing to do with any of Sandy Hook’s lawsuits. But Jones’s attorneys insist that Clinton should be questioned as a witness and point out in court that she could allegedly be involved in funding or organizing the lawsuits.
“Defendants in this case believe that the lawsuit was filed six years after the Sandy Hook shooting as part of a venetta inspired, organized and directed by Hillary Clinton, in whole or in part as a venetta to silence Alex Jones. Clinton lost the presidential race to Donald Trump. ”The lawsuit states,“ The trial was conducted with malicious intent as part of a mutual effort to silence Mr. Jones for reasons completely independent of the nature of the plaintiffs ’claims. will be given. “
The evidence behind Jones’ blatant claim that Clinton could have arranged the trial is very small. And that could lead to new lawsuits against Jones, who is already playing with more than $ 150,000 in fines for Sandy Hook’s lawsuits in Texas.
Clinton’s attempt to step down is expected to be considered in a future trial. Lawyers for Jones and Sandy Hook’s relatives did not respond to requests for comment.
The fight over Clinton’s placement centers against the July 1 win over Jones’s lawyers won one of Sandy Hook’s plaintiffs. The results of this detention were ordered by the court to be, according to the plaintiffs, “top secret” and “only the eyes of a lawyer”, meaning they could not be disclosed in the court transcript without the judge’s consent. However, about halfway through the casting of Sandy Hook’s lawsuit, one of Jones’s attorneys filed a motion for Clinton’s resignation, citing a section that continued at the time as Sandy Hook’s relative as evidence.
“At least one of the plaintiffs responded by saying how many of the clients were all represented by the same company,” Jones ’attorneys said in a statement. “The witness claimed he didn’t know how his legal fees would be paid.”
As further evidence of Clinton’s possible involvement in the case, Jones’s lawyers point to one of Sandy Hook’s relatives, who will speak at the 2016 National Democratic convention and will be “praised” by Clinton. No other evidence of Clinton’s involvement has been presented in the Sandy Hook trials.
For their part, Sandy Hook’s family lawyers say InfoWars’ attempt to interview Clinton means to distract himself from the trial and provide Jones with a new meal so the case could be the product of a conspiracy against him.
“The propaganda appears to have been put at the service of a new theory of Alex Jones’s conspiracy to insult a very well-known figure who has nothing to do with the case,” the plaintiffs wrote in a statement.
Lawyers for Sandy Hook’s relatives have asked the judge to rule that Clinton’s motion was “unnecessary and frivolous.” They also demanded that sanctions be imposed on Jones, using the confidentiality of plaintiff Sandy Hook and a statement that Jones’s team refused to hand over the accounting books on InfoWars finances.
Jones and his affiliates are facing four Sandy Hook trials in Texas, the first of which is set to begin in March 2022. Mark Bankston, a lawyer who represents the Sandy Hook families in the cases, said Clinton’s fall was not a topic in Texas for now.
“InfoWars has not yet requested the placement of Secretary Clinton in our case,” Mark Bankston, a Texas defense attorney, wrote in an email to the Daily Beast. “We’ll see what happens.”
