When Afrika Bambaataa there may be a lawsuit to settle, the processing servers have not been able to trace him yet!

As previously reported, Afrika Bambaataa–Regarded as a pioneer of hip-hop – has recently been embroiled in troubling accusations. Back in September, a John Doe applied litigation against Afrika Bambaataa and accused him of child molestation and sex trafficking. Especially, Bambaataa allegedly victimized by the plaintiff between the ages of 12 and 16 while he was the leader of Universal Zulu Nation – a hip-hop awareness group he founded.

It is also worth pointing out that Bambaataa has faced similar charges since 2016 and was removed as leader of the Universal Zulu Nation as a result.

Now, there is an update to the legal issue. According to All Hip Hop, the lawyers were unable to trace Afrika Bambaataa to serve him with the court paperwork. When visiting the 64-year-old’s last known address, an unidentified woman answered the door and said she had never heard of Afrikaa Bambaataa.

No one has responded to the lawsuit on behalf of Bambaataa, and it is unclear whether he will be punished in any way or if the plaintiff is currently seeking a default judgment. BambaataaFailure to respond to the case also resulted in the plaintiff being completely anonymous in the case, as there was not a single defense group to argue against.
