Advanced Information System APK – Android 30.0 (Android App)

This application is designed to create and maintain data about information objects, to monitor expirations and to alert users. Information objects can be of different types. For example, facts, knowledge, content, interpretation, exhibition, perception, family tree and many more.
The data for each information object (his description) includes: – a brief name; – date of conclusion; – the last date for execution; – extended description in the form and, if desired, the information object itself in the form of .pdf, .doc, .jpg, .mp4 and others.
The description of the object is stored in a hierarchy of folders (screenshot – AdvanceInfoSystem). The application provides a convenient means of building various hierarchies of folders (screenshot – FoldersActivity) and information objects, each of which can contain folders and the names of objects icon with creation date and expiration date. Each button has an image area when pressed like an expanded and collapsed file folder. Furthermore, each rendered object is fitted with a color nearing the end of its life – neutral, yellow, orange, and red. These data are set by the user as an option depending on the order in which the colors appear. For example, more days until the deadline for yellow, fewer days for orange, and least days for red.
In folder names and text-searchable objects, search for matches is shown by boxing color checks (screenshot -LookingForActivity).
For extended description of the object can use a template (screenshot – December 24 …) that was introduced previously as an option. The template is a multi-line text box for editing the label at the top of each row. Data can be entered after the label without the label is destroyed when using the template
The full description for the selected object (click its name in the tree) is displayed in the dialog box. From this dialogue can be included in-depth assessment of the subject. Review objects as the file goes through the media selection, such as for files with extensions: .pdf, .doc, .rtf, .jpg and others (screenshot – PathActivity). If this is a web address (Url) and there is an Internet connection that includes surfing the web.
When entering or later when updating an object’s description, access to the object file runs from the device’s selection of files directory and stores information for the object. Suggested files of objects can be stored in one or only a few folders on the device. At the same school, the way to access can be referred to Url- web address of the website from the Internet.
When deleting an object, only the description can be selected, and the other option is to delete the object file and the description.
The application allows to make three types of references in objects from all directories from date to date: – on object end date; – on the date of implementation of the object and the content of the text in the extended description of the object. In all of these reports described pre-coloring to the expiration date of the objects.
This application works with data stored in an SQLite database (DB) called advInfoSystem.db. On initial installation, the application is available to execute (or from the menu of the startup operation), the database initialization function. With the implementation of this function, the database will be dropped and shows examples of data that can be deleted and continue to work.
The app has a regular alarm function at a specific time of day with notification – message: “There is an expiration date” or “No expiration date” and a short bell. A version prior to Android 4.3 only has a bell.
The application features exporting, importing, and sending the database and file data from the selected root directory in a file named AdvanceInfoFile.txt.
