Activision CEO Bobby Kotick considers resigning if misconduct issues cannot be quickly remedied

Activision Blizzard Inc. CEO Bobby Kotick has told senior managers he would consider leaving the company if he can’t quickly fix cultural issues at the video game giant , according to people familiar with his remarks.

for three decades, stopped short of announcing his resignation during a meeting on Friday with executives from the company’s Blizzard Entertainment unit, but left the door open to the possibility if issues of misconduct across the the company is not getting a fix “quickly,” these people said.
