Across The Spider-Verse (Part 1)

Sony’s first look at the long-awaited animated feature Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has finally arrived and it doesn’t disappoint.

Spider-Man's Moral Mile Crosses Spider-Man Verse

It’s been three years since the world was shaken by miracles Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and the story of Miles Morales. The film went on to win the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and, quickly, a sequel was confirmed. Now, fans have got their first look at the upcoming sequel.

NS Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse The trailer doesn’t give much of a glimpse into the plot or which characters will appear in the film, leaving much speculation and wonder. What it shows is protagonist Miles Morales, reunited with his kind love care Spider-Gwen. It’s more of a snapshot of the film’s style and excellent animation than a preview of the actual story.

What is seen in this “first look” looks extremely colorful, with fluid movements and interesting textures. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse seems to maintain the comic book-like look that people loved from the first movie, and it looks like the movie will have to be viewed on the big screen to get the full effect. The first Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movie was very successful upon release, breaking several box office records in the United States and Canada. It’s also the first non-Disney/Pixar film to win an Oscar in this category since 2011 Rango. Several reviewers have placed it at the top of their lists for the best movies of the year, because of its stunning animation and incredibly well-written story. Fans ate it too, which means this sequel has a lot of pressure to live up to expectations.

Nothing difficult has been confirmed about the plot either Which villains can fans expect to see Spider-Man villains?, but based on this first glance, it’s possible this could be one for Miles/Gwen shippers. The trailer focuses heavily on the pair’s reunion and interaction. Miles is also very nervous and excited to see her again, and there is a basis that he had a crush on her in the first movie. Of course, there will be some great action as well as some other Spider-Man and hopefully some iconic villains.

The second part of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) will be released in 2023. Those who can’t wait for a Spider-Man fix until then can, of course, see the MCU version of the character in Spider-Man: There’s no way home on December 17, 2021.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) will be released on October 7, 2022.
