A bit of modern on DC’s Connecticut Avenue

All 1-bedroom apartments have open plan spaces for the kitchen and living and dining areas, and the kitchen has a space across from the seating area. Due to the building’s location, at the corner of Connecticut and Nebraska Avenues, Units 2 and 4 have an angular shape that creates enough space for a small table. Unit 2, in the basement, has a skylight with large windows facing both aisles. Unit 4 has a balcony and bedroom windows on the Nebraska side and larger windows on the Connecticut side.
