NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A 9-year-old baby is in important situation and a driver is below arrest following a crash in Brooklyn.

Police stated a Ford Explorer and a Vary Rover crashed round 1 a.m. on King’s Freeway in East Flatbush.
