Röki is an absolutely beautiful adventure game set in a snowy forested northern landscape. The special thing about this game is that it is really a game for every player. The story follows a young Tove as she tries to uncover a mystery surrounding her family. It’s a story of loss, redemption, and new connections, filled with charm, heart, and grief. This is a game for those of you who like to relax with challenging game experiences. It’s lovely to look at with its extremely refined design, against a wonderfully melancholy soundtrack. This game was released just 10 days ago on Steam on December 8, making it a newcomer in the cozy games category. As a narrative dog sled game, Red lantern focuses primarily on survival, challenging players to improve each run with their dogs.

A little bit of roguelite and a little bit Nintendo, Red lantern really shines in the combination of canine survivability and resource management. You play as a Musher tending to a team of 5 sled dogs as you make your way through Alaska’s wild landscape back home. Each dog has its own unique personality, and you won’t get tired of discovering their stories and the wilderness around you. If you like a comfortable skiing experience, Red lantern There is a meditation mode where you relax in your cabin while the dogs run!

Oh, and yes, you CAN have a dog!

FLOWER – SKROLLKAT STUDIO

You will play as a Boy Scout setting up camp in a local forest. Only, instead of just villagers, you will also have ghosts like your neighbors!

This is primarily a life simulation game, so you’ll be able to do a bit of farming and crafting as you help your spooky friends. The more you help the ghosts, the more you help the forest, bringing color and life to your surroundings. Cozy Grove leans a little more towards the hidden-object game than Mule or Stardew Valley, so you can be sure you’ll get a whole new experience. Its story and art style are also truly unique, making it perfect for rainy or especially chilly days.
