Black Widow-Alexei-Yelena

One of the biggest strengths of Phase 4 focused on characterizing, discovering new depths and nuances for familiar characters. Just look at Black Widow – it may be a globally popular spy thriller in the style of James Bond, but the action isn’t even the best part of the movie. The real highlight of the film is the tragic, unusual, but ultimately heartwarming episode between Natasha and her generational family. The newly introduced Yelena, Melina, and Alexei (brought to life by Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz and David Harbour) all leave a big impression not only because of their action scenes, but also because of the quiet moments that make they become characters.

One of the highlights of the movie coming after a troubled family dinner became a heated argument. Natasha resented her adoptive parents for letting the Red Room make her a weapon, while Yelena still treasured her family – after all, it was the only one she had ever had. Yelena returned to her room alone, only for Alexei (still in his Red Guard uniform) to try to comfort her. Of course, he didn’t do well. However, Alexei tries to reconnect with his estranged daughter by singing a song from her childhood: “American Pie” by Don McLean. Soon, Yelena couldn’t help but join in. It’s a small moment, but it’s the perfect encapsulation of what makes it Black Widow so wonderful – it’s a story about troubled, broken people who struggle to connect with each other, but in the end find happiness in their relationship.

Shang-Chi and Wenwu Mandarin fight the Ten Rings

From one dysfunctional family to another, this list wouldn’t be complete without the dramatic confrontation between Shang-Chi and his father Wenwu at the climax of the series. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. This intense martial arts duel is a strong contender for one of the best fights in the entire MCU based solely on choreography, but an already epic battle is made even better by the sheer weight of it. Big story behind it.

The conflict between Shang-Chi and Wenwu is not merely a clash of good and evil. Wenwu has no mustache supervillain like his comic counterpart, Mandarin – he is a grieving father desperate to be reunited with his wife. Shang-Chi isn’t just another selfless hero, he’s a hurt son and intent on taking revenge on the man who forged him into a killer. But in the end, Shang-Chi chooses to forgive Wenwu, turning to the kind man who raised him instead of becoming the killer he was trained to be. It’s a poignant and heartfelt ending to a truly action-packed battle.

Eternal Ikaris

Talk about memorable final battles, the culmination of the eternal is very much thrilling in its own right. Although the series often prefers existentialist thoughts to typical superhero actions, big showdown in Act 3 well worth the wait. To save humanity from being destroyed by the Apparitions, Sersi led his Eternals into battle against one of their own: Ikaris, the super hero, now revealed to be a cold zealot. merciless, cruel.

While the real meat of the eternal is that in its philosophical themes it still provides a spectacular climax. Watching the Eternals go all out in battle is something to behold, from Makkari unleashing all of his superhuman powers to Phastos becoming the team’s surprise MVP with his high-tech gadgets. Ikaris is arguably one of the most unique villains in the MCU, and he totally deserves the fight.

Aunt-May-MCU

Spider-Man: There’s no way homeThe movie’s trailers were hesitant to lay out much of its plot, and it’s easy to see why. There is no way home is an emotional roller coaster story, filled with triumphant highs and devastating lows. But of all the tragic moments in Spidey’s latest cinematic adventure, none is quite as heartbreaking as Aunt May’s death at the hands of the Green Goblin.

At first, it seems that Peter’s succeeded in saving May. She’s been back long enough to give Peter much-needed encouragement, urging him not to give up on saving Norman. She even uttered the iconic line “with great power, with great responsibility” for the first time in the MCU, stating the motto identify Spider-Man as a character. But then, tragedy struck. May collapsed, the wounds in her heart proved that she was too much to bear. Peter desperately urged her to wake up, but it was too late. May Parker is dead. It’s an utterly harrowing scene – arguably the most important scene in the film – made possible by the phenomenal performance of Tom Holland and Marisa Tomei.

Three-Spideys

But of course, one cannot deliver the best moments in Spider-Man: There’s no way home without mentioning the wonderful climax (pun intended) of the film, in which Tom Holland’s Peter Parker joins his multiverse variations played by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, playing the role. their roles from the respective Spider-Man movies. Just Watch three interactive Spideys It’s fun enough, but seeing them together take on the villains at the Statue of Liberty is a whole other level of awe.

The final battle of There is no way home packed with almost too many memorable moments to mention, from Andew Garfield’s Spidey to tears after saving MJ to Doctor Octopus coming to support Spider-Man, to a chilling one-on-one confrontation between MCU Peter and the Green Goblin. It’s almost cheating to list the entire battle as a big moment, but it would be a crime to omit any battle.
